The Pokemon Contest Contest: Cool

I'm part of a forum that does Pokemon splices [re: chopping up bits of official sprites and making something else with them] and we hold contests sometimes!
This contest here  is held in honor of the Hoenn remake and the contests held therein, and I offered to draw each winning entry for a prize.
