boy howdy I wondered as a young'n why people didn't go on dA every single day
but now I come on and it's like 'BUY CORE AND DISABLE YOUR ADBLOCK' which screams to me that theyre losing hard right now ahah

well, still. I've been here for years and I'm not gonna permanently vanish any time soon but once youre out of teenage years it just loses its appeal. Everything about it is trying to say 'we're a professional art site' but caters more towards the young artists, which I'm not any more so I've moved on to .. I want to say 'greener pastures' but really nothing's different, just the audience I want to Fight Directly

In other news, I've started up a couple of freelance projects - one's a long-term book illustration, the other is a long-term Contractually-Obliged Silence lmao
I also have my hands full trying to churn out new content for Overload this year, and then I might give con stuff a rest for at least a year while I try and shift all of my old print stock, since I've had some of those things for three years and they're probably doing no good stagnating where they are :I Gotta move over for the new kids amirite
